The investigation following the disappearance of Vancouver county teen Hope Owen has stopped, officials report, as of yesterday, Tuesday, November 23rd. The eighteen year old was last seen July 9th, in the Panorama Ridge area outside of Whistler, BC, where she had been hiking with friends. Her parents, Sue and Mark Owen, have made no comment regarding the closing of the case, but close friends say that the couple are grieving. Hope was the youngest of four children.
