“The Warden” Remains in Critical Condition 3 days following Deadly Shooting
(October 22, 2007) Elwood Jenkins, better known as “The Warden” suffered 16 gunshot wounds at close range from a large caliber handgun. The bullets entered his chest, abdomen, and upper thighs. Extensive surgeries have been done, but the outlook remains bleak as “The Warden” doesn’t seem to be recovering from all of the blood lost.
None of the family will leave his side to issue a statement so his exact status remains in question but at the time of this report, “The Warden” is still hanging onto life. His wife, Connie, hasn’t left his side for one second since he arrived at the hospital.
