The people below go about their daily business, unaware of someone living in the clouds. He watches the world go by below him, missing out on almost everything – but seeing it all. It's a lonely existence. He would give anything to walk among those he watches, but it's forbidden. His place is here, keeping them safe from those that would harm them. His place is here, safe and sound so the Dragon Balls may live on. His place is here. Watching you go about your lives, while he spends his ever vigilant.
