The Cool Cat

Eleanor Coleman was a jazz singer in Chicago. Young, full of talent, and restless. Every night was the same- singing at the club, drinking with the girls, going home only to stare out the window at the city lights. She was far too young to be this unhappy.

Dominic Scarpetti worked for some dangerous people, and he was a man full aware of the power he held. Every night he sat at the same table of The Cool Cat Lounge and watched her from the shadows. She had the voice of an angel, but something in her eyes told of a darker desire she held, a want for something more.

He could give her more. He could give her everything- if she was willing to take the risk.
