Unmarked

Society as we know it as fallen, and a new one has taken it's place. The lawmakers feel that their ancestors were punished for not correctly following God's word. New laws were put into place, taking more control over individuals' lives, including controlling who they can and cannot marry. Everyone in this new society has a birthmark, and a match is made when two people discover whoever holds a matching mark.

This has always been a problem for Camilla. She is unmarked, and as far as she knows, the only one who is. When keeping up the facade of a fake mark proves too difficult for her, Camilla finds herself thrown into a secret world within this seemingly perfect society. She also finds individuals like herself; outcasts, unable to bend to the will of the new laws.

Can Cam organize this band of mismatched characters well enough to overthrow this oppressive government, or are they just doomed to be more victims for a "better cause"?
