Music and Passion

"It`s very nice to meet you. I`m Jeff Offerman. I`m the drummer," Jeff said with a smile.

"I`m Keith Highdel . I play bass," Keith said with a nod.

"I`m Randy Denswich. I play rhythm guitar," Randy said with a nod as well.

Nikki offered a small smile as he said, "I`m Nikki Cilvian and I`m lead guitar." He looked down at me and squeezed my hand again and looked back at Atsushi. "And this is Sam Ohar. She`s our singer."

"She`s a bit shy so it may take a while for her to talk to you," Keith explained when he noticed Atsushi raise his eyebrow when Nikki introduced me.

"It`s sort of a comfortable thing," Jeff offered with a shrug.

"It`s fine. We all can get that way," Another man said as he walked up to stand next to Atsushi. "I`m Toll. I play drums for Buck-Tick." He was slight tan, about the same height of Atsushi, black hair with blonde tips and it was up in a little pony tail, he had dark brown eyes, slightly thin black eyebrows, and he was wearing all black. He was cute but more in a way that I would describe Randy or Nikki. That big brother kind of thing. Unfortunately his accent was a bit too thick and it was kind of hard to understand him.

"I am Hidehiko. But you can call me Hide if you want. I play rhythm guitar for Buck-Tick," The man standing next to Toll said. He was the same height as Toll. He had tan skin, dark brown eyes that almost seemed black, he had a little bit of facial hair on his upper lip and around his chin, shoulder length light brown hair that was curled a little at the ends and he was in all black. He was handsome but like Toll he had that big brother quality to him. Thankfully his English was better.

"I`m Imai and I play lead guitar for Buck-Tick," Another said. He was a little shorter than Hide by an inch or two, slightly tan but paler than Atsushi, dark brown eyes, very thin black eyebrows, he had black hair that was up in a little bun on the top of his head, a very light dusting of black facial hair on his upper lip, and instead of all black he was in white pants and a red shirt.

"And I`m Yutaka," Another man said, all but bouncing up to stand beside Imai as he spoke. "I play bass for Buck-Tick." Even though he was the shortest of the group he seemed to have the most energy. He had slightly tan skin, medium brown eyes, shoulder length dark brown hair with little blonde streaks throughout it, a huge grin that seemed to light up the room, and he was wearing black pants and a white long sleeve shirt. He was absolutely adorable. That kind of adorable that you want to scoop him up in a hug and pinch his cheeks. Yeah, that adorable.

"It`s nice to meet you all," Jeff said with a slight grin, giving them a little nod.

"It`s nice to meet you all as well. We`ve heard a lot about you," Imai replied. Now that surprised me.

“You`ve heard of us?” Nikki asked.

Imai nodded. “Our manager raved about how good you were.”

“We look forward to seeing you play tonight,” Atsushi added with a grin.

“Thank you. I hope you live up to what you have heard,” Randy murmured. It was clear he was just as surprised as I was.

“Oh you will,” Yutaka said with a big grin.

“Can we meet them now?” A voice called from the group of men that made up the band Dir En Grey.

Hide chuckled and called back, “Now is as good a time as any.”

A man all but ran over to us. He was tall, tan skin, dark brown eyes, a big grin on his face, shoulder length black hair with little streaks of red through it, a small tattoo on one hand that looked like snake skin, and he was dressed in all black with his shirt half way unbuttoned. I can`t decide if he`s just handsome or adorable. Or perhaps it`s both. “I`m Die and I play guitar for Dir En Grey.”

“Excuse him. He`s very excited,” A man said with a chuckle as he walked up to us. “My name is Kaoru. I play guitar for Dir En Grey.” He was tall, maybe an inch or two shorter than Die, he was tan, dark brown eyes, a little bit of facial hair on his upper lip and chin, shoulder length light brown hair that was kind of choppy, both of his arms and hands were covered in tattoos, and he wore black pants and a grey shirt that showed off the tattoos on his arms. He was quite handsome but he had that big brother quality to him.

Another man walked up to us with a small smile. “I`m Toshiya. I play bass for the band.” He was slightly tan and the same height of Die, perhaps an inch taller, his hair was very short with the bottom half being blonde and the top black, his eyes were a cross between a medium and a dark brown, and he was wearing all black including what looked like a knee length skirt, though he was wearing tight black pants under it. He was adorable. Kind of like Yutaka adorable.

"And I am Shinya," A man murmured as he walked up to us. He seemed a bit shy. "I play drums." He was slightly tan though he seemed to lean more to the pale side, he was about the same height as Toshiya, light brown eyes, shoulder length blonde hair that had little ringlet curls in it, and he was wearing black clothes except for a white cardigain. He was very adorable.

The last man walked up to us very slowly. "I`m Kyo. I sing for the band," He said, his voice barely above a whisper. He must of been very shy. He was definitely the shortest of the group. Actually, he was probably my height. He was tan, dark brown eyes that were almost black, his hair was black with little blonde streaks towards the ends and it was a little shorter than Shinya`s, he had tattoos on both arms, one of his hands and one on the side of his neck. And he was wearing black pants and a grey shirt that showed off the tattoos on his arms. He was very handsome.

"It`s nice to meet you all," Keith said with a nod.

"It`a nice to meet you as well," Kaoru replied with a smile and a nod.

"Hey uh, we were thinking.....if anyone is hungry, maybe we could all get some lunch? You know, so we can get to know each other?" Jeff asked.

Both bands looked at each other before nodding. It was actually kind of funny to see them all nod at the same time. I couldn`t help but smile at the sight while Nikki chuckled a little beside me. He must of found it funny too.

"There are a few restaurants down the road, all in walking distance. And there are supposed to be some pretty decent places to choose from," Keith suggested.

"Sounds good to me. But, would walking really be a good idea?" Hide asked.

Nikki chuckled. "We all should be just fine. I doubt we`ll be mobbed or something."

Kaoru nodded. "Let`s go eat then."

We all headed out of the building, my band seeming to lead the way. But since this place was only two towns over from where we lived we probably knew this place better than the other bands would ever hope to.
