Chapter 2: (Mikey)

Michael sat in his room with a box of pizza, a few cans of sprite, and all the series Call of Duty. With him, sat Skye. She had brown hair and hazel eyes. She wore one of Michael old tees and red leggings. She was currently winning with 1200 points. He only had 750. They were playing Say Hey by Michael Franti & Spearhead featuring Cherine Anderson. It was like their always song so they would always know they loved each other. Not in the marriage way. It’s the family way. Skye was his really close cousin. They would spend almost every weekend with each other. It would consist of video games and pizza, or shopping and frozen yogurt.
“Yes. And the winner is, yet again, Skye.” Skye was a really bad winner. On the contrary, Michael was a sore-loser. “I quit. This stupid game was getting old anyway. Let’s go see Calum.” Calum and Michael were like best friends. The only time they weren’t hanging out is when Calum was with Luke. Michael didn’t know why but he didn’t like Luke at all.
Calum had texted Michael that they were in a small café near the end of town. It took Michael a while to realize that he had said “we.” Who was the “we?”
