A Special Kind of Love

The rest of the week goes by relatively fast and next thing I know it's Sunday morning and both Vic and I are being kinda clingy with each other.

"I don't wanna leave you." Vic says for the hundredth time this morning. We still haven't even gotten out of bed, we are just laying here holding each other.

"I'm going to miss you so much." I say as I nuzzle my face in his neck and wrap my arms tighter around him. I feel tears begin to well in my eyes so I squeeze my eyes closed tightly. If I cry there is no way he will go, no matter how happy he is about being able to play Warped.

"We shouldn't just lay here all day, despite how wonderful that sounds. Lets go to the park or something." Vic says and I nod before remembering something. "We need to take Cope with us, Kate is going to start looking for apartments." I say as we sit up and he nods before getting out of bed, then helping me get up. We quickly change before going into the main room to get something to eat.

"Thank God you're awake, I was starting to get worried." Kate says from the couch as she is helping Copeland brush through her hair. I just nod before grabbing a bowl and box of cereal from the cupboards and sitting at the island to eat.

"Alright so I need to get going, thank you so much for agreeing to watch Cope." I simply shrug and give her a smile. "Just go Kate, we're going to be fine." I say as Vic slides into the seat next to me and slips one of his hands into mine. Kate nods and walks out the door saying one final goodbye before Vic and I are left to watch Cope.

"Hey sweetie, want to go to the park?" I ask and she nods excitedly coming over to Vic and I before pulling on Vic's pants leg. "Up pwease?" She says quietly and Vic nods, reaching down to pull her into his lap. I rub his arm gently and give him a small smile.

"Your going to be such a good dad." I say quietly before giving him a small peck on the cheek and getting up to put our bowls in the sink. "Cope did you eat yet?" I ask and I hear a quiet 'yes' from behind me and I nod before slipping my shoes on.

"Well lets get going." I say as Vic puts Cope back onto the floor so she can get her shoes on and Vic and I slip our shoes on quickly. I then take Copes hand before looking over at Vic. "How about we walk, I mean it is a nice day." I say and Vic nods before grabbing the keys to the apartment before we head out the door. When we get to the park Vic and I let Copeland run off and sit on a bench where we can keep an eye on her.

"You know your going to be an amazing mother." Vic says quietly and I looker over at him to see a small smile on his face.

"I don't know if you can say that." I say honestly. "I'm going to constantly working on school, which I'm probably going to have to miss whenever your in the studio and everything, I just don't think I'm going to do anything worthy of being called a good mother." I say as I do a quick look over at the playground to make sure Cope is still in sight.

"Don't put yourself down baby, I know your going to be an amazing mother who our kids will love." He says before giving me a quick kiss on the cheek. I can't help but notice that we are getting dirtly looks from the rest of the parents as we sit here holding hands and watching over my niece who is now running over to us.

"Kewin can you push me on the swings pwease?" She asks and I give her a small smile before shaking my head.

"I'm sorry sweetie, I'm not supposed to do anything like that." I say honestly and she frowns before Vic speaks up.

"Come on kid,d I will push you on the swings." Vic says, following a very excited Cope. I watch Vic and Cope running around for another hour or so and can't help but smile. Eventually Vic comes back over carrying a tired out Cope and I check the time.

"I think we should go." Vic says as Cope rests her head on his shoulder and I nod holding out my hand so he can help me up.

"Yeah, I have to take you to meet p with the guys in an hour anyway." I say quietly and he gives me a small frown before kissing me gently.

"Lets go."

"I'm going to miss you so much." I say as I wrap my arms around Vic, he hugs me tightly and I bury my face in his chest not wanting to let him go.

"Baby, I know you don't want me to go but I need to really soon." Vic says before kissing the top of my head. I look up and see the others saying there goodbyes to their parents and I shake my head before standing on my toes and pressing a kiss to Vic's lips. He leans down so I can stand flat footed before resting his forehead against mine.

"I love you so much Kells." He says quietly before kneeling in front of me and pressing light kisses to my baby bump.

"You two need to behave for mommy, don't be too much trouble." Vic says quietly and the twins kick gently and I smile as he stands and presses his lips against mine once again.

"I really need to go now." Vic says as he reluctantly pulls away, at least he better be reluctant. I nod and head back to the truck as he grabs his guitar and suit case before walking over to the other guys. When I climb into the drivers seat of the truck I wait until Pierce the Veil's bus pulls away before heading back to my apartment.

I wake up in the middle of the night to the twins kicking hard once again and I look to the spot next to me hoping to see Vic so he can sing and calm them down but instead I'm met with an empty bed. I hide my face in my hands to try and prevent the tears from falling.

I can already tell, it's going to be hard without Vic here.
