Night settled across the forest and before long Alexander and Raknah had stopped for the night. Raknah had remained silent as she went about setting up a fire and clearing the ground of any sharp rocks. Alexander was about to ask her a question when she spoke.
“I will be back with dinner soon,” and with that she turned and walked off into the darkness. The Prince sat by the crackling fire watching as she slowly faded into the darkness. The encounter with Danju had most certainly shaken her, she was different tonight. She was more reserved and less… angry. That was the only word Alexander could use to describe her.
