Protection

It was the early hours of the morning when the Prince woke randomly. The young royal was surprised at the fact the fire was still going radiating a comfortable heat on his back. Rolling over he found that Raknah was still awake, she stood staring into the fire, every now and again pocking at it with a reasonable sized stick.
Alexander slowly pushed himself into a sitting position before crawling over so he was siting near the fire. The two sat in silence, however questions buzzed through the royals mind as he looked at her. She was distant and lost in her thoughts. All through dinner she had been distant never saying a word just chewing her food silently.
