Alex and Jack are sat in the youngers bedroom playing video games.
Well, Jack's playing the game while Alex texts Cassadee, asking if she could do him a favour, as he waits for Jack to reach the checkpoint so he'll come back to life, Jack is rambling on but Alex isn't really listening.

Come to my doctors appointment with me tomorrow? My mum can't make it and I don't like going alone and obviously I can't take Jack xx

Alex sighs, picking at a loose thread of his duvet.
'Alex, you respawned like three minutes ago.' Jack laughs and Alex sighs again and picks up the controller and presses the start button and scrolling to the 'leave game' option and clicking it so the multiplayer screen changes to a single screen, living Jack to play alone as Alex lays down on his bed, curled up with his back to Jack,
'Alex? Baby, what's wrong?' The younger asks, pausing the game and moving so he's on his knees next to Alex,
'I'm just tired.' He sighs,
'Seriously babe, what's the matter?' Jack whispers, leaning forward so he can see Alex's face,
'Honestly, I'm just really tired and cold.' He mumbles and Jack nods before lying down next to Alex,
'Come have a cuddle.' He whispers and Alex moves so he's curled into Jack's chest, his forehead resting on the youngers collarbone,
'You're freezing.' Jack says and Alex nods,
'I love you.' He says softy and Jack smiles,
'I love you too babe.' He whispers.
(Next day)
Alex wakes up with Jack's head on his stomach, the younger snoring lightly, Alex silently thanks whoever is above that Jack's head isn't a few inches higher, because that would have caused Alex some issues, especially since he kept his binder on all night, and Jack's head pressing on his already constricted chest would have been painful, before he smiles as he rests a hand on his boyfriends back and looks down at him.
Jack wakes up quickly when he feels eyes watching him,
'Morning.' He whispers,
'Morning lovely.' Alex chuckles,
'Time's it?' Jack mumbles,
'Um-' Alex picks up his phone off the pillow next to him and unlocks it, 'Half twelve. I need to go soon.' He sighs,
'You do?' Jack whines, sitting up and looking at Alex,
'Yeah. I'm sorry babe.' he whispers, Jack leans down and kisses the elder softly,
'It's alright. Why though? You doing anything?' He asks,
'I'm taking Cass shopping.' Alex lies easily and Jack nods,
'Fair enough. When do you need to leave?' He says softly,
'Hour or so.' Alex sighs,
'Okay. We can cuddle for a bit then.' Jack whispers and Alex nods and wraps his arms around jack's neck tightly.
(Later on)
'Everything okay?' Cassadee asks as Alex wakes out of the doctors office,
'Yeah. Great actually. I just need to pick up my new hormone prescription, then I need to go back in for my first mastectomy consultation. You can come in for that.' He explains and Cassadee nods, standing up and taking her friends hand as they walk to the prescription pick up counter.
'Ugh, I'm jealous, I'm stuck with these massive things.' Cassadee laughs when Alex takes his binder off,
'You can have them.' He winks, 'But I don't think Rian would be very happy about it.' He adds with a laugh and the nurse measuring him chuckles softly,
'It's good to see you so relaxed Alex. You're normally pretty tense when you get measured with your mum here.' She smiles,
'I'm pretty easy to feel comfortable with.' Cass shrugs,
'So you two are just friends?' Lucy, the nurse asks and Cassadee nods,
'Yeah, he has a boyfriend and so do I. We met on his first day at my school. Me and my boyfriend are the only people that know about Lex there I think.' She explains and Lucy nods,
'So you've got a boyfriend Alex? Have you told him yet?' She asks and I shake my head, chewing on my lip,
'You're gonna need to.' She sighs,
'Yeah, I know.' I mutter,
'Jack, Alex's boyfriend, has really bad trust issues. It took him a while to trust Alex. He's right to wait a while before telling him.' Cassadee says quickly and Lucy nods.
(Later on)
'Hey gorgeous.' Jack whispers, placing his hands on Alex's hips and kissing his forehead,
'Hey baby. Come see a movie with me, Cass and Rian?' The elder asks and Jack looks past Alex to see Rian and Cassadee waiting in the car,
'Sure. Let me just get my wallet.' He chuckles,
'No. I'm paying.' Alex smiles,
'You sure?' Jack frowns,
'Of course. Now come on.' Alex beams,
'Okay. Mum, I'm going to the cinema with Lex.' He shouts,
'Alright babe.' His mum shouts back and he smiles at me before grabbing his shoes and putting them on.

Alex, Jack, Cassadee and Rian are all sat in Cassadee's basement, Cass in Rian's lap and Jack in Alex's while they talk about anything that comes up.
'I think me and Lex are gonna go...' Jack smirks, climbing off his boyfriends lap, which makes Alex's heart race slightly as he looks at Cass and Rian nervously,
'You sure? You both know you can spend the night here.' Rian says quickly,
'Yeah, but you two are beginning to get touchy feely and so is Alex.' Jack says casually,
'Hey! I was only stroking your stomach. You were the one that sat on my lap.' Alex laughs awkwardly,
'Yeah well. Do you wanna go home or not?' Jack smirks,
'Sure, okay.' Alex sighs, taking Jack's outstretched hand.
'You gonna be okay?' Cass asks in a whisper when Alex hugs her,
'I'll try and persuade him to just cuddle but if the worst comes to the worst, he needs to know.' Alex whispers back.
'Sorry but I was starting to get turned on and I know you're parents won't be in and I just thought we could have a bit of fun.' Jack says as they walk to Alex's house hand in hand,
'Baby, I love you, and I want to, but I'm not exactly in the mood or even ready for that if I'm honest. Can't we just make out a bit and if you want, I'll give you a blow job.' Alex says quietly,
