Cardinal is Robin's sister. Adoptive sister. She was raised by Batman along side Robin. After Robin left to join the Titans, Cardinal decides she would like to visit her brother. After setting eyes on a certain 'speed-demon', and spending quite a lot of time with him, she feels like she's in love. But will Robin let her be?
