Anna is restless.
It is 8AM and she has been awake since midnight. Her apartment is spotless. She doesn't know what to do with herself while Henry is gone.
She is curled on the couch with one of her favorite books yet she can’t seem to focus. Her mind is wandering.
It hasn't been easy, she thinks to herself. She cannot be expected to look after Ray on her own.
Anna reaches into her purse and grabs her cell phone. She hesitates; she has left dozens of voice mails. At this point her dignity is a foreign concept. She dials.
