Ryanne America Mathews, Chelsea Morning Mathews, Faye Marie Taylors, and Ashleigh Faith Crayman were four ordinary girls from Memphis Tennessee that decided to play fate when they entered themselves, and their band, in an attempt to join the Vans Warped Tour.

The American Spirit had been their baby since junior year of high school. They were so proud of how far they had gotten in the five years they had been a band. Playing local shows at the local haunt The New Daisy and Minglewood. Being an all girl band in Memphis was no easy feat. They had to really step their game up in order to be just as good as the male bands out there.

But, now here they were on their first big tour with Warped. Things were about to get crazy hot this summer.
