Indignation

This is a fictional story as told through the perspective of a high school student involved in the recent march in Madison, Wisconsin to protest the shooting of 19-year-old, unarmed, biracial teenager, Tony Robinson. I imagined this student to be an 18-year-old girl and a senior at East Madison High School.

Inspired by and entered in Irony’s Emotions Contest. My topic for this story was to write on the emotion of indignation.
