"No, I can't lose you. Not you. You're everything to me. I've already lost too much. If you weren't apart of my life anymore I don't know what I-" Letty interrupted me by pressing her soft slips against mine. I pulled her in closer by the waist and ran my hand through her dark, soft hair. We parted lips but remained inches away from each others' faces.
"I've lost a lot too, Caleb. I love you. You helped me repair the shattered remains of my heart and walk with me hand in hand through the most difficult time of my life. I forgot what true happiness was like until I met you. I need you as much as you need me," Tears began making their way down her cheeks.
I wiped them away with my thumbs, cupping her face in my hands. "Please just stay here. I promise I'll come back alive. Just for you" Tears began to flood my eyes. I needed her to stay here. Knowing that she's safe will ease my heart. If anything happened to her I wouldn't forgive myself.
"I'm coming with you, whether you like it or not"
