Meet Vic, resident Vampire in a city that is known as "The Grove", the world has changed and now every species knows about each other. Humans, vampires, werewolves - the whole lot. Vic enjoys being a vampire. He's enjoys his nights from a rooftop where no one can bother him. They probably could be he counts his lucky star that no one has found him before.
It's a good life, until one night someone tries to harm a blind woman who he has been keeping his eye on.
Meet, Cecily the blind but capable woman who Vic decides to save. She has ties to him that he doesn't understand but his urges to go out of his way to keep her safe are something new to him. Something he doesn't entirely want but once an urge hits it's like fire.
