Nothing Else Matters

One.

Sweat glistened on her skin as the final wave of pleasure washed over her petite frame, he came face to face with her a small smirk across his lips he placed a small kiss on her forehead before rolling and landing heavily on the sheets beside her, she placed her head on his chest and lay in silence for a few seconds before his deep voice shattered the heavy air,

"So Aubrey we need to come to some sort of agreement"

"Oh my god James! can we not just leave this be for one fucking night?"

"No he is their super power he's quiet and underrated and more than able to destroy both of us as well as the organisation"

"Like steve did?"

She raised her eyebrows sarcastically before his hand met her cheek leaving behind a warm sting

"Give it a rest and do as I tell you girl!" he stood from the bed and looked down on her "If you loved me you would do this for me and not question it"

"do you even hear yourself? if you loved me you wouldn't expect this from me do you know how much is at stake here?"

There was a sudden gleam of silver as her airways became restricted he throat gurggled as the super soldier held her close to his face with no sign of his grip loosening

"Kill the fucking archer"

He forced her back she gasped painfully for air tears stinging her eyes she held her hand to her throat trying to gently rub the pain away,

"Fine"

She muttered defeated.
