Rogue

It had been a month since I since I have seen Tate. Only our link assured me that he was alive and well.

He would send me money for food, clothes, and other things. I traded out my deerskins for jeans and a tank top. And I even filled me head with the stories in the book.

Now I was bored.

As I tried to figure out what to do the front door opened reveling Tate with a huge grin.

"Tate?" I questioned

"Come see our new home." He said

I followed him out into the woods. When we were far enough away we sprinted into a very non-human run. A walk that took hours took us minutes.

We came to a stop infornt of a tree. Looking around I spotted a huge castle at least a few miles away on a hill. My eyes widen.

"Is that?" I began to asked

"Castle Wolfblood? Yes it is." Said Tate as he went over to the tree

Tate pressed a few spots on the tree before stepping back. A door appeared and opened. I followed him to find a huge living room already furnished.

"Wow." I said looking around

"There is enough room to house 100 men." Said Tate. "And as Alpha you get the biggest room."

I turned to Tate wided-eyed.

100?

"How?" I breathed

"Most of it is under ground." He said

I saw a tatter banner with a raven still on the wall.

"This is the Nightwalkers hidout." I said in shock

"Yep." Said Tate. "I fixed it all up."

"But how."

"I am a theif." He replied

"How did you find it?"

"Running from the guards." He said as he shrugged his shoulders

Then I heard peeping.

"Oh yeah I found this little guy. A baby raven." Said Tate walking to a small box on the table.

I knew the name of my pack.

"Raven Pack." I said

Tate turned and smiled placing the bird into my hands.

"May this raven be our guide and your companion my Alpha." Said Tate bending down to one knee

"His name shall be Khidhr." I said with a smile
