"Leilani" Austin yelled from downstairs
"What?"
"Something was dropped off for you"
"What?" She asked walking down the stairs. Austin smiled as he held up a vase of roses and a box. "What is that?"
"I don't know" Austin said "open the card and open the box and you'll see" he said setting it down. Leilani narrowed her eyes and walked to the flowers, she smelled them as she took the card out of the sleeve "Well?" Leilani smiled and bit her lip "hellloooooo"
"They are from Sidney"
"Of course they are. What's in the box?"
"Well I don't know Austin I'm not psychic"
"Open it" he said, she chuckled and tore the tape, she opened the lid to reveal a jersey "oh nice, it's his jersey" he said, she held it up and turned it before setting it down and tracing her fingers over the Crosby stitching. "You have to wear it, look another note"

Sidney-
She smiled and turned to walk towards her room, she closed the door and picked up her phone.
"Hello"

"Hey, I take it you got my gift" he chuckled
"I did, the roses are absolutely gorgeous Sidney, thank you"

"Are you going to wear it?"
"Of course I am" she said with a smile
"Good, I hate to run but I gotta get finished up here"

"Bye" he said hanging up, Leilani smiled and dialed Sage's number

"Sid you sure are cheerful for a loss" Chris said sitting down
"You must be seeing Leilani after this" Marc said, Sidney looked up.
"It was a good game, we lost in OT" Sidney said with a shoulder shrug, the guys looked at him
"Who is Leilani" Brandon asked walking up to the circle of players
"She's a friend"
"She's more than a friend Sidney" Kris said
"Mario's niece" Marc said
"Hooking up with the boss's niece Crosby?" Max asked
"I'm not hooking up with anyone"
"Oh but you want too though" Kris said with a smile, Sidney rolled his eyes
"You guys leave cap alone, Leilani is a good kid, she makes him happy and he makes her happy" Geno said
"Alright dad" Beau said, Geno rolled his eyes
"She really is a nice girl" Marc said, Sidney nodded his head
"And our business is out business now if you will excuse me, I have plans" he said fixing his tie. He stood up and put his jacket on before grabbing his bag. The guys watched him walk away before turning to look at each other

"Hi, sorry it took so long" Sidney said walking up, Leilani turned around and smiled
"It's ok, everyone just left" she replied as he leaned down to kiss her "you smell good, much better than I thought" she said with a giggle, Sidney smiled.
"Trust me, it's a really good thing we take showers after, if not you wouldn't want to be 100 feet of me" he said taking her hand, she smiled and walked next to him as they headed to his car. "What are you hungry for?" He asked pulling him to the store. He took his jacket and tie off before looking at her
"How about I cook for you?" She said, he looked over at her and smiled "from what I've gathered you like chicken?"
"I do"
"Let me make you something from the island then?"
"Sounds good to me" he said opening the car door. They walked around the store as she gathered up dinner rolls, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, a orange, dry onion soup, rice and chicken. Sidney looked at the ingredients confused
"Do you have sugar?"
"Yes....what are you making?"
"You'll see" she said with a smile. When they pulled up to the gate Leilani looked out the window, he pressed a button and the gate opened to reveal a circular drive way, Leilani's eyes widened "what a beautiful house"
"Thank you, it's not finished yet" he said "I still have some rooms to decorate, maybe you can give me some ideas" he said opening the front door. He flipped on lights and Leilani looked around completely amazed at the beauty.
"Kitchen?"
"Over here" he said, she followed him and smiled seeing the amount of space "what all do you need?"
"Measuring cup, sugar, skillet, knife, a pot, measuring spoons, and a baking dish" she said with a smile. Sidney began to gather the things she needed while she unpacked the bags
"There" he said with a smile
"Now I need you out of the kitchen" she said
"Awww" he complained
"Go on, go watch some hockey highlights" she said, Sidney grinned and kissed her before walking out. As she cooked she heard Sidney groan at the tv and make comments to the commentator. Once she was finished cooking she looked at food in front of her "sid, it's ready"
"Oh good" he said walking to the kitchen "it smells so good" he replied looking over her shoulder "what is it?"
"Pani Popo, which is a Hawaiian coconut bread, and pineapple chicken" she said
"Wow" he said nodding his head "world champion surfer, beautiful, smart, and you can cook. What are you doing at my house?" He asked getting plates down. They ate in comfortable silence every now and then Sidney commenting on how good the food was. After dinner they cleaned up and headed to the livingroom. He put on Taken 3 as she changed into something more comfortable. She sat down next to him on the couch and smiled as he looked over at her. "Thank you for dinner" he said putting his arm around her
"No problem" she said leaning her head on his shoulder, he leaned the seat back and grabbed the blanket to put over them, she chuckled seeing the blanket had the Canadian flag on it
"What?"
"Nothing it's cute" she said, he kissed her head and her heart started to pound
"Are you nervous?"
"Just a little"
"Why"
"Because you make me nervous" she said softly, he looked down at her "not in a bad way"
"Oh?"

"I like you too Lani....a lot" he said kissing her softly, after a few minutes he stopped suddenly, she opened her eyes and looked at him confused "I have to stop"
"Why?"
"Cause if not I might loose control" he said biting his lip
"Then do it" she said kissing him again, he smiled into the kiss and before he knew it he was laying on top of her. He pulled away again and looked down at her, he moved the hair from her face and looked in her eyes, he could see she was wanting him as much as he was wanting her.
"Are you....are you a virgin?" He asked, she nodded her head slowly
"I never found anyone I wanted to give it to, what about you?"

"Does that surprise you?" He asked
"Well I mean, I don't know....girls throw themselves at you"
"And like you, I never found someone I wanted to give it to" he said "I've done everything else"
"So have I" she whispered as he rubbed his fingers lightly along her cheek bone.
"We don't have to do anything you don't want to do"
"We've only known each other a few days" she whispered, he nodded

"But it feels like forever" she added, he smiled and nodded his head before kissing her again
"You tell me when you want to stop" he said, she nodded and kissed him. Before he knew it the tables had turned and she was on top of him. Clothes slowly starting to come off and get thrown around the livingroom. She looked down at him and smiled
"Do you have protection just in case?" She whispered, he nodded and sat up. She watched him stand up and walk up the stairs to his room, she bit her lip and took in a deep breath. She wasn't sure what was over coming her but she liked it. She looked up as Sidney's lip found hers again. He sat the condoms on the table and they went back to their make out session. His hand slipped into her underwear as hers did the same. Suddenly she got extremely nervous so Sidney pulled away.
"What's wrong?"
" you are really big" she said with a giggle, Sidney chuckled "it's going to hurt"
"We don't have to" he said
"But I want to.....I finally found the person" she said
"Then we take it slow, as slow as you want" he said with a smile. She smiled and kissed him again "you know when you leave I'm not gonna be able to let you go"
"Then come visit"
"All the time, I'll fly you to Cali when I'm there, we will make this work" he said, she smiled and nodded.
