"This hurts more than you will ever realize. I’ve been staring this blank paper for hours, thinking about how I can write it without hurting you, but I’m afraid I have no option. I’m leaving. I told you I’d only stay with you if you quitted your band, since it didn’t happen, by the time you’re reading this I must be in a plane heading back to the UK. It’s time for me to get back home, get to know my little sister and be closer to my brother. I have never wanted to leave you, I don’t want to, but I can’t stay in that unstable and sick relationship that we developed. I don’t want you to be unhappy, keep creating music, keep touring, do whatever you want to feel happy. I might as well do the same.
