Athena

She was born on the 22nd of December, 1998. Headed for college, she took exams in the four biggest universities in the Philippines.

She didn’t get accepted to any of them.

She cried and cried and cried some more. She didn’t want to speak to anyone, not even her friends. All her dreams of trying to be someone were lost.

She took another test in a university she has never heard about but is proudly taking up Physical Therapy where she can help a lot of people someday.

She knows she is someone, but not just anyone. She is Athena.
