"Summer! Wake up! Please don't die on me!" the screams echoed through my head but I did not open my eyes. I focused on the blackness and the sounds faded away. Soon I heard nothing and was surrounded by darkness. Time seemed to no longer exist. Was I dreaming? Was I dead?
Memories soared throughout my brain. Everything from birth until the most recent day. Today seemed so long ago. The very last thing I remembered was the image of Matt kissing my cousin. Then I went upstairs, made a mixed drink, and fell onto the floor. Then the screams echoed in my head. The screaming of my name from Matt's lips.
What was happening?
