God, Angels, Demons....Humans.
In the beginning, Angels and Humans worked along side of one another to defeat their one common enemy...demons. God created Angels to be the Warriors of Heaven and Earth. To be Noble, Just, and Right. Angels were never to love, care for, or be anything more than guardians for the humans. Which was why he made all Angels male.
Except for one.
Lailah.
In legends, Lailah is the angel of the night. She is in charge of conception and is appointed to guard spirits at their birth. Another legend states that she fought for Abraham when he battled Kings. What the legends fails to tell is of her fall from Grace.
Lailah, the angel who was created never to feel emotions, fell in love with another Angel. And with that was banished from Heaven and cast down to Earth to live a lonely and immortal life.
For thousands of years she waited for her time. Her time to redeem herself and be accepted back into her fathers arms.
Little did she know that her time had finally come.
