Queen

Once upon a time, there was a young queen who ruled over her kingdom by herself. She had lost her husband in times of war but her people trusted her, and cared for her as their own.

Queen Artemisia Belladonna never remarried, but all the common people wanted was for their queen to gracefully smile at them and do the best for them.

One day, a disease killed most of her people, and the queen wept. She put her tears into a small vial and everyone who had survived drunk a small tear, just enough to wet a tiny piece of their lips.

No one ever died in her kingdom, only from old age, and she was known as the kindest queen who made miracles become true.
