Sentinel

For Linnea, fighting in a world-wide war is not a choice. The Sentinels, highly advanced artificial life forms, are living weapons for the Alliance, a one-world government tasked with bringing peace to the Earth. Not everyone is satisfied with the unification of the world however, and a rebellion has risen up with freedom as its battle cry. Linnea and the other Sentinels are employed to bring it to a decisive close, and the world disappears into darkness with millions of lives caught in a world of hate and violence.

That is, until Linnea finds the book: the book dropped by a rebel soldier, the book that has the potential to turn darkness into light. With this book, she is given a choice, remain loyal to the Alliance, or lead the other Sentinels in a fight against intolerance and war itself.

In a war between peace and freedom, is there a clear division between good and evil, or do the lines blur until it becomes impossible to distinguish between friend and foe?
