Us Against the World

-DANIELA POV-

I slowly woke up and looked around our bedroom, Cristiano had left for training over an hour ago and was due home at 1pm. As I sat up in the bed I felt a rush my sickness run through my body... I made a run for the bathroom as I broke out in a cold sweat. I felt miserable as I vomited for the 3rd time. Could this be what I think it is? Or am I just over reacting....

"Daniela, Jr I'm home" shouted Cristiano as he walked through the front door and placed his training bag on the ground. "Papa I missed you" squeaked Junior as he ran to hug his father. "Where is your mae?" Junior pointed up stairs as he heard moans coming from the upstairs bathroom.

"Dani are you okay?" Cristiano rushed into their bedroom as he saw Daniela lying against the cold tile floor. "I'm fine Cris I think I just ate something bad" I lied as I started to worry that I may actually be pregnant. "Are you sure baby? Let me make a doctors appointment just to be sure." I slowly cursed to my self as those words escaped from Cristiano's mouth. Soon I would face the facts and I dreaded telling Cristiano I was pregnant. I know Cris would making an amazing dad as he is with Jr but I am not ready to have a child again.. My career is just taking off and I don't have time to be pregnant. Victoria Secret wouldn't appreciate their top model being pregnant.

-CRISTIANO POV-

I sat on the couch as I waited for Daniela to come home from the doctors. She has been actually weird all week and not letting me touch her. I stood up as I heard a knock on the door. "Hey Cris" greeted my friend Ricky and my brother Hugo. "How are you?" I asked getting them a drink from the fridge. "Good I just brought over a present for Junior that Alicia bought him" said Hugo as he took a seat. "Junior" I called as I heard him running inside from the garden after playing football. "Uncle Hugo has brought a present for you, say thank you" I saw Junior's eyes open wide as he opened his Spiderman toy that me begged me and Daniela to get him for ages now. "Thanks Hugo Spiderman is my favourite" beamed Junior as he ran upstairs. "Well we better get going see you tomorrow Cris" Ricky said as both men exited the door.

-DANIELA POV-

I stopped the car outside our drive way as I placed my head on the steering wheel. It was true. I was pregnant... I cursed to myself as I let out a frustrated sigh. I was 3months pregnant. "Daniela" I heard Cristiano call as I made my way into the kitchen. "What did the doctor say?" I closed my eyes as I began to speak. "Cris we need to talk" I saw the colour drain from Cristiano's face. "Sure what's wrong?" I smiled weakly at him. "I am pregnant Cristiano".
