Archives of Mallory Flint
Mallory Flint is an orphaned child, living on the streets in Belfast, Ireland in the 1860's. Teamed with a scruffy, calm boy nicknamed Kitty for his ability to attract stray cats, Mall travels in the city's underground society, surviving as best they can with their friend.
Mall and Kitty have no issue with food or safety, being fledglings in a city mostly run by their kind (Vampires, the Catholics call them), save for the occasional military saint. Both do their best to keep out of sight of the human world, and feed mostly off livestock and stray animals.
However, when the city gets spotted by the Catholic church as a place of sin, new plans for a cathedral begin to stir the calm life Mall and Kitty had.
St. Peter's Cathedral is on it's way, and so is the Catholic cavalry.
