Lumière Darling

Graham

On Sundays, Shannon spent her time with God, praying for a life filled with good company and long days to see. I could imagine what our family weekends would be like if she were to keep this up. Yes, I am talking about children. Her ruddy cheeks and high cheekbones would go rather well with my ashy golden hair (if we had a girl); my mad dimples and Shannon’s freckles would make a statement (if we had a boy). She made my smile light up, like a child receiving ice cream. I just hope she wasn’t afraid of commitment.
