Sergio Ramos and Ximena Rodriguez spent the summer of 2005 together completely head over heels in love. As the summer came to a close, tragedy struck Ximena's family and she was forced to depart the country at a moment’s notice. She disappears on the eve of Sergio's departure to join Real Madrid with nothing but a letter explaining herself, leaving Sergio heartbroken and alone amid the celebrations of his transfer.
Ten years later, the pair cross paths in Sevilla once again. As the truth comes floating up to the surface so do old feelings, new resentments, and a persistent doubt hangs over the imperfect reunion.
