The Watcher

Katie has experienced trauma like so many others since the Drones came. She has learnt from experience that people are the real danger and as such has chosen a life of isolation. However she still craved human contact and this came by watching them. She has watched for years and has never let them know she has been around. She has helped them out a few times, but mangled to keep the secret. In her mind they are her family, but because of her past she cannot fully trust any human. So she watches, until one day she is faced with a decision. Members of her family have been caught and those holding them are her worst nightmare. Riley and his men, she knows all too well and what they are capable of. She must decide quickly to help her family or not, but to do so would reveal her existence to no only her family but Riley and his men as well. What will Katie do?
