Ask the Angels

Chapter 1

The boy Sat, no older than 16, a can of coke in one hand, a remote control in the other as he flicked aimlessly through the TV channels. Just as he took another swig of his drink, the door bell went. Getting up, with a huff he moved towards the door, the bell ringing once more. "I'm coming, bloody hell" he yelled in an English accent, a hint of an American one shining through.
He answered the door in a huff, only to be faced with two men in suits. Obviously not what he was expecting, he answered with;
"You're not my sister", the taller of the two, with shoulder length brown hair, that could use a trim spoke first,
"No, we're FBI" this caused the boy to look at them in suspicion, wondering why they were here. The shorter, yet not by much with short brown/blonde hair obviously sensed the suspicion as he pulled out his badge, shortly followed by his accomplice:
"Agent Spade and this is my partner agent Jacks, are your parents in?" He asked,
With slight hesitation the boy answered, "my mum's on business, my dad's long gone" he said with a hint of sadness, looking away before looking back, "my sister's gone on one of her beer runs" he added,
"May we come in?" The taller, agent Jacks asked.
"My sister sort of told me not to let anyone in while she was gone" he answered, with more hesitation,
"But this is FBI business" Agent Spade told him bluntly, before his partner stepped in with a lighter tone,
"Only until your sister comes back"
"Er, ok. Sure" he said, contemplating whether or not to go beyond his sister's strict instruction.
I mean they are FBI? He told himself.
Sitting on the sofa and armchairs around the coffee table in the living room there was an uncomfortable silence.
"Why are you here, anyway?" The boy asked suddenly,
"Well-" The man was just about to reply when the sound of the door opened, caused them all to look towards the hallway.
A girl with long blonde hair, much like the shade of the young boys', with blue eyes and a slim, curvy figure stumbled through the door, a bag hanging from each arm. One filled with snack items, the other with a pack of Coors.
"Saul?!" Her, more prominent than her brothers, English accent echoed through the house, "Come take the bag of food, while I put the beers in the fridge" she added, as she walked towards the living room. Stopping as she came across two unknown faces. "Who the hell are you?" She asked as she put the bags on the desk to the side. "What did I tell you about letting people in?" She asked her younger brother as a side note.
"They said they were FBI" he answered, walking towards the bag of snacks, taking out a pack of m&m's, looking over the two, rather attractive in her eyes, men before her, you could tell she wasn't content in the slightest.
"FBI?" She asked with a laugh, picking up a beer and opening it. Sitting in front of the two, she reached down to put the beer on the table- not before taking a large sip. "Badges?" She asked innocently as the shorter, and to her, the more attractive 'agent' willingly gave her the badge. Giving it a once over, she pulled a face. Turning towards the brother-
"Nice day isn't it" she said randomly, giving the badge back. The brother looked on with wide eyes,
"What's wrong?" The same man who handed his sister the badge asked him,
"Eh- crap- I think I left the bath running" he lied and rushed out. The agents none the wiser, as he ran off and the blonde pulled her phone sending a text to someone.
"So what are you here for? I'm guessing the killings near the school?" She asked, referring to her brothers school as well as the gruesome killings that had taken place there.

Meanwhile in a motel down the road, a young woman, around the same age as the blonde, with brown curly hair. Slightly shorter structure and a stockier type of build sat sipping on a Pepsi as she looked intently at the laptop in front of her, just as her text alert went off. Flipping her phone up, she read the message,

'Gaby:
SOS'

"Shit" she mumbled as she sent a message back to her best friend,

'Molly:
On way u no wot 2 do'

Getting up quickly, grabbing a gun, she rushed out of the room.

"Yes, we just want to ask a few questions about the incident, we heard your brother was a witness?" The taller agent asked the blonde, just as the boy, Saul came back into the room with two glasses of what anyone would assume was water. Handing one to his sister and keeping one to himself, he sat down.
"He's actually already gave a statement" the blonde answered for him,
"We're just following procedure" the shorter one said with a hint of a smirk as he took a once over of her body,
"Of course" she said getting up, as her phone began to ring, which in turn led to the siblings throwing the contents of the glasses at the agents, just as the brunette, Molly from the motel rushed in and knocked the two out.
Around half an hour later, the two so called agents started coming through. Tied to chairs, they all took in there surroundings. It looked a lot like Bobby 's panic room; a large devils trap across the floor, along with other symbols written across the iron walls. The only difference being that instead of one bed, there were four single camping beds lined across one side of the wall.
"What the?" The shorter of the two muttered gruffly as he looked towards a gash in his arm, defiantly the work of a knife.
"Where are we?" The other asked, just as the sound of locks were heard and the sound of the blonde telling her brother to go watch tv,
"Let me stay, I wanna be like you, Molly and dad" he whined.
"Trust me, that's not what you want, why don't you have a beer?" She tried to bribe her younger brother,
"I'm having two" he mumbled as he sulked off,
"One and a half!" She shouted Back at him, "bloody kids" she mumbled, as her friend laughed.
As the two girls walked in they were surprised to see the two men were up,
"I brought food and beer, I'm Molly, by the way" Molly told them in a quirky voice as she placed the sandwiches to the side.
"Sorry about that, but two guys in cheap suits and fake badges come knocking on the door. We got to take procedures" the blonde explained as she untied the men's bonds.
"You're hunters?" The one with long hair stated more than asked,
"So are you" the blonde replied, "names?" She added,
"We don't even know yours yet, princess" the shorts one answered instead,
"Gaby, like the angel" she answered. "Your turns",
"I'm Dean, this is Sam" this caused the two to look at each other and laugh,
"What?" Dean asked wondering what was so funny. For some reason not liking the idea of Gaby laughing at him rather than with him.
"Ya idjits" Gaby said with a rubbish impression of Bobby Singer. Straight away, despite the bad attempt, being recognised by the brothers,
"You know Bobby?" Sam asked in disbelief,
"Who doesn't?" Molly laughed again,
"He's mine and Saul's God father" Gaby added with a chuckle, "when he hears about this-" she laughed again, a slight smile on both the brothers faces.
"Anyway, Saul's probably breaking something of mine out of anger, so? Shall we continue this upstairs?" Gaby said rhetorically, moving towards the stairs leading to the rest of the house.
Gaby was telling at Saul about the fact he broke her signed Metallica poster, while the others sat listening on the sofa, each with a beer.
"JAMES HETFIELD GAVE THAT TO ME!!" Gaby's voice echoed through the house,
"YOU PROBABLY GOT IT FROM THE INTERNET" Saul shouted back,
"So the kid doesn't hunt?" Sam asked Molly as they listened. Molly looking at the brothers, answered.
"Carrie, their mom- after her husband died wanted to give Saul a normal life. Gaby was to far down the line. Hell bent on finding the sob that killed her dad. That's why they got the house."
"mom a Hunter?" Dean asked,
" Na, she still knows everything about everything- she's more if the help. That's probably why they're the only ones that could make this work" Molly answered, gesturing to the house.
Because, every hunter knew: Once you were in the life, you weren't getting out.
That was basic 101
That's when Gaby came in.
"Mum's coming back tomorrow thankfully" she sighed, jaw tense.
"Did you say a signed Metallica poster?" Dean asked,
"Yeah. My favourite band. And the petulant child ruins it because he doesn't know how good he's got it" she answered, earning an appreciative stare from the older Winchester as she spoke.
"So the killings?" Sam asked,
"Well that's the thing, we've done our research ans it's a weird one." Molly answered him,
"How weird?" Dean asked at the same time as Sam,
"Like kid vampire weird" Gaby answered,
"Wait, kid vamp?" Dean asked incredulously.
The two woman nodding,
"We don't think he knows what he's doing. Tried to nip Saul, but obviously. Saul's a little more experienced than a rogue 16 year old vamp and managed to get out." Gaby explained,
"So you know who it is, has he turned anyone?"
"She" Molly answered, "and no, Gaby doesn't think she knows how"
"Wait so we got to gank the kid?" Dean asked,
"Unless you know the cure?" The two girls looked at the boys hopefully, they shook their heads,
"Well. I say you two go and do that now" Gaby told the two,
"What- why us?" Dean moaned,
"We practically lives here when my mum's in England. Granted that's nit much, but I don't want people to think we killed sweet little Lilly" she answers him with a look that could only be described as -duh-
"We're already on the run" Dean argued,
"So? Even more reason."
"What? Why is that even a thing?" The argument continued between the two. Gaby got up pulling a long a samurai like sword from under the sofa.
"Fine. I'll do it." She said, and although she agreed, Dean didn't like that.
It was weird, but he felt as if he was meant to be the strong one for her. He wanted to help her. But why? He didn't know.
"No, we'll do it" Dean argued, taking the sword off her,
"You just said you didn't want to do it!" She said in frustration.
"I sense a personality clash, here" Molly said from the side, "you've only just met and you fight like a married couple she added. This caused both Gaby and Dean to turn around an say,
"We do not!" At the same time.
Molly and Sam laughing at it, "why don't we go?" Sam said gesturing to himself and Molly, "I mean, Dean you've hardly been sleeping and Gaby you got to look after your little brother" Sam convinced the two to stay behind, despite the fact that they both now wanted to go.
