The twins left Boston in an upheaval. Criminals and citizens alike were torn down the middle, fearing for their safety. After two years, however, Yakavetta was back in control and crime rates were steadily climbing higher. Luckily for South Boston, the boys couldn't stay away and they managed to creep back into the city without so much as a batted eyelash. Not many people remember the Saints, not when Yakavetta Jr was wrecking all kinds of havoc on the city.

The boys are back and although it's not for business, the mood all changes when someone comes for the MacManuses and anyone around them. Thankfully for our boys, they meet a new group of rough and rowdy people down for a fire fight.
