Breeze left the reservation was she was only five years old. After her father passed away, her mother remarried to a business man from Boston and moved across the country to be with him. Breeze never gave much thought to returning until her parents force her to.
They think that the reservation is the best place for her to heal the scars, both physical and emotional, that she carries. Breeze reconnects with her cousin Quil and her old friend Embry, but things with her former best friend Jacob don't seem to fall back into place so easily.
