Bucky is living away from the Avengers Headquarters, only going there for missions and the occasional social call. Otherwise, he'll be at home scribbling away in one of his many notebooks that hold his memories. Everyone has a neighbour that keeps popping up though and when your neighbour is a Doctor and injuries are an occupational hazard for you, then maybe an exception can be made to keep them in your life.
