A Little Bit of Everything

I WENT BACK to my room and Sy wasn’t there. The room was dark but I noticed a small brown box on the edge of his bed. It was open and inside laid two bags of Boy Bawang (aka the greatest snack in the world), a couple bags of candy, and a small folded piece of paper.

The crumpled piece of paper had streaks of water on it.

I’ve been staring at the box for a while now and all that was going through my head was if Sy was okay right now.
