Elegy of a Warmind

Entry #56 - Taking a Break

You know, I never once believed I'd ever tire of studying machines and ancient programmings. Though as interesting as Rasputin is, he just doesn't seem all too willing to cooperate with us. Regardless, I believe having warlocks in the chamber with him is a mutual benefit.

Too much time in one confined space dooms any mortal to insanity, even a warlock. So I requested some time to get back out into the field; venus in particular. Why Venus? There are very vague – very small – logs discussing some of the most fascinating pieces of human ingenuity: The Warminds.

I know my past entries are suffused with their mention, but they are a mystery I have dedicated my new life to solving. The only one active – as far as we're aware – is Rasputin. But we've found logs referring to others scattered throughout the Solar System. I figured: if we have one in the Cosmodrome, we'll have a likelier chance finding one on another planet.

So, with Ikora's permission, my partner Havoc-9 and I are out on somewhat of a personal expedition.

Oh, he's waiting on me now. I'll update as soon as I can.
