Fluttercord in Equestria Girls 2: Rock and Chaos

MANEHATTAN STADIUM, AFTER THE COMPETITION:

They had done it, they passed the penultimate round, with total cheating and they were very proud of having done it, they were all happy for tomorrow was the final round.

They exited the stadium and walked in the direction of their home (the abandoned building) Luna accompanied them. Luna looked at her new friends, they were so calm and so free from any penalties.

The grad student girl was not stupid, she knew that her "supposed new friends" including Discord had ruined the rest of the bands and cheated, but for some strange reason, she didn't say anything, nor did she try to stop them or get their attention, she also felt like an accomplice. She liked that idea of being a villain, it was a part of her human nature, remembering her dark past.

The group walked down the street, in the dark of the night, they talked pleasantly with the diverse members of the group.

"You did a good job." Said Sombra a bit seductively.

"Thanks." Said Adagio, not showing any emotion. "You also did good."

"You dance spectacularly." Said Sombra. "I would like to see you sing."

"You'll see soon enough." Said Adagio, smiling evilly.

"I liked your bad girl character like on TV!" Said Sombra. "I hope to ask you out to dinner one of these days."

Adagio looked at Sombra for a moment, she was a bit nervous, without knowing how to respond, she had never been in a close conversation with anyone but her sisters.

"I would love to." Said Adagio, blushing a lot, not believing what she just said.

Sombra smiled, Adagio returned the smile, Adagio regained her reason. Completely red from blushing and trembling, she walked away from Sombra, and she joined up with Mane-iac and Chrysalis.

Sombra gave a dry smile, in that moment he walked over to Luna.

"You do know that you're older than her, right?" Said Luna, annoyed.

"What can I say Luna?" Said Sombra so sure of himself. "Have I ever told you that I go weak for....girls with green eyes."

"But Adagio has eyes that are the color of...."

"You know what I mean." Said Sombra, interrupting Luna.

"You haven't changed." Said Luna, angered by his behavior and looking at Sombra with trepidation.

"Your sister was the one who left me." Said Sombra directly and very offended. "I prefer her stupid students to a life of luxury and prosperity at my side."

"My sister loved you." Said Luna, angrily. "That wasn't the only reason why she left you."

"What?" Asked Sombra confused.

"Don't be a jacka.." Said Luna. "She was spying on you while you were in one of the classrooms, trying to flirt with her student Twilight."

Sombra stayed silent, he began to sweat, but Luna continued talking.

"And her dog Spike attacked you, before you could put your hands on her..."

"Hey!....But...." Said Sombra stammering. "It was all a big..."

"You hurt my sister." Said Luna interrupting Sombra. "But I am not one to judge, aside from seeing your new lifestyle, I think you are paying your sentence."

"And you also haven't changed." Said Sombra. "Always so insensitive, bitter and frustrating."

"Thank you!" Said Luna.

Sombra didn't say anything, Luna ignored him and continued walking.

In the meantime, Ahuizotl and Aria were also talking as they walked.

"This is cool." Said Ahuizotl. "The rest of the bands ate sweet potatoes, tomorrow we shall triumph, carnalita."

"Well, I think so too." Said Aria, annoyed and crossing her arms.

"What's wrong my friend?" Said Ahuizotl. "Why are you so serious and angry?"

"I don't know!" Said Aria. "I hate everything and everyone, I hate the people, I hate cities...I hate the whole world!"

"Even your friends?" Said Ahuizotl.

"Including them!" Said Aria. "Adagio and her stupid ideas....and Sonata and her loathsome, disgusting, and undesirable tacos, burritos and nachos."

Aria glared at Ahuizotl, Ahuizotl looked at Aria a bit sad and offended.

Upon looking at Ahuizotl's face, Aria stopped being annoyed, she felt a bit guilty, she had taken notice that she had offended Ahuizotl in some way or form.

"Eh..." Said Aria trying to be comprehensive. "Sorry, if I offended you."

"Don't worry about it..." Said Ahuizotl, looking away. "I completely understand that my kind is not welcome in this part of Equestria....so it's normal for you to think that of me."

"I wasn't trying to say that." Said Aria a bit worried. "Please, forgive me!"

"Don't worry about it." Said Ahuizotl. "To be honest, my kind invented the tacos, the burritos and nachos...the weird part about it is we don't really eat it."

"What?" Asked Aria, raising a brow. "Seriously?"

"Of course we eat it." Said Ahuizotl jokingly. "I was only joking."

Aria stayed silent.

"But our real diet is to eat raw deer meat." Said Ahuizotl being very specific. "Accompanied by soaked beans, raw corn on the cob and a salsa made from pure grasshoppers."

"Eh....wow!" Said Aria surprised. "Really?"

"No!" Said Ahuizotl jokingly. "I was only joking."

Aria looked away, with her hand she covered her mouth, she has a lingering smile from Ahuizotl's jokes.

"What a strange sense of humor." Said Aria. "Very different from that of my sisters."

"I'm different, I'm "sonatalicious"." Said Ahuizotl. "I'm like the cheap version of "Shakira"."

Aria covered her mouth with both her hands, trying to contain her laughter.

"Imagine Adagio dancing to "Waka waka."" Said Ahuizotl in a friendly tone. "Or trying to sing "She wolf"."

Aria couldn't take it anymore and she began to laugh out loud, Ahuizotl laughed along with her.

Afterwards they had to stop to catch some air.

"I have never seen you laugh." Said Ahuizotl watching how calm Aria was. "To be honest you have a lovely smile."

Aria looked at Ahuizotl and she smiled from the flattery, Ahuizotl returned the smile, immediately Aria regained her reason and she shyly walked away from Ahuizotl and regrouped with he sisters.

"Ha! Just like Daring Do." Whispered Ahuizotl to himself sadly.

In the meantime, Adagio whispered in Sonata's ear, possibly explaining the plan, Sonata accepted this with no problem and she confirmed by nodding her head, then she walked away from Adagio and walked over to Discord.

"Good job Discord." Said Sonata, taking Discord by the arm.

"Thanks." Said Discord being taken by surprise. "You also did a good job...."

Without noticing at the time that she has contact with Discord, the jewel began to drain his energy.

"I never imagined you to sing so well." Said Discord happily. "Lately, you have sung in a majestic way...seriously...wow!"

"Thanks!" Said Sonata a bit shyly, for her it meant a lot to be valued and congratulated, something that her sisters never did.

"Discord," Said Sonata. "Can I ask you for a favor?"

"Of course me "taconequus"." Said Discord with his classic sense of humor.

"Ok my "alebrije"." Said Sonata, smiling, both of them had given each other special nicknames.

Sonata took out a slightly wrinkled piece of paper and she handed it to Discord. Discord took the piece of paper and began to look it over, to his surprise it was musical notes, under each note was a word, possibly being the words to a song.

"My sister Adagio wanted to sing this tomorrow." Said Sonata a bit slowly, trying to get her words in the right order, seeing that she had a lot of trouble lying. "My sister is very shy and wanted me to tell you this...and she would really appreciate it....please!"

Discord looked at the piece of paper once again.

"The notes are simple." Said Discord. "And the lyrics look really interesting...but.....are you sure that Adagio should be singing this?"

"Please.." Said Sonata clutching onto Discord and making puppy dog eyes, Discord could not resist that tender look.

"Ok Sonata." Said Discord. "I'll do it for you, I will convince the rest to play this song and to let Adagio be the vocalist."

"Ha!" Said Sonata laughing, resting her head on Discord's shoulder. "Oh Discord! You're so easily manipulated!"

Discord was a bit bothered by this and he frowned.

In that moment, Mane-iac appeared in between the couple and leaned on their arms.

"What's up guys?" Said Mane-iac with enthusiasm and energy. "In the early morning we should totally assault the liquor store owned by the wealthy "Orange" just to celebrate."

"Of course!" Said Discord with enthusiasm. "and on the way we should assault the grocery store owned by that grumpy old man..."

"Sounds good to me!" Said Sonata supporting Discord.

THE NEXT DAY, MANEHATTAN STADIUM.

The final round had finally come, the stadium was full, the crowd was excited to see the new future stars, the chaotic group felt nervous seeing that the crowd was bigger than it had ever been before.

The group "rebeldazos" was the first to perform, that group of young people played and sang phenomenally; this made the elements of caos tense, they weren't planning to cheat, they used up their energy robbing the liquor store and celebrating the rest of the night. For that reason some of the members of the group had a headache and migraines.

While the competing group kept on playing, the elements of caos were preparing behind the scenes, they made sure they had their respective outfits and instruments.

"Are you shi..ing me?" Asked Ahuizotl, tightening the cords on his base. "Discord..are you sure that we should be playing that song?"

"I don't know." Said Discord. "But I trust Sonata and her weird sisters."

"I don't know Discord." Said Luna looking over the paper. "This song does not give me a good feeling and especially the Dazzlings."

"Do not worry." Said Discord. "You'll see that I'm right."

"Whatever you say compadre." Said Ahuizotl.

In the meantime, in the other area, the Dazzlings were talking.

"Quickly Sonata." Said Adagio. "Give me the jewel!"

"But." Said Sonata. "And if I..."

"Don't be ridiculous and give it to me!" Said Adagio.

"Or you can give it to me!" Said Aria making herself known.

Adagio looked at Aria with a strong fury, upon noticing this Aria only walked away trying to save herself.

Sonata doubted this for a bit but she knew she had no other choice, she took off the amulet and gave it to Adagio.

Adagio put on the jewel and she felt fine, the magic and the energy collected from Discord was astonishing, it was only a matter of time before she would gain all of its power.

The competing group had just finished, and it was their turn.

The group of villains walked to the front of the stage, while they did it, Adagio and Aria were still uncomfortable with the miniskirts from their outfits and they tried to stretch them out a bit as they walked.

Suddenly Adagio noticed a coin that rolled around on the ground by her feet, the coin ended up stopping right in front of her.

Adagio bent down to pick up the coin, just as she bent down to pick it up she heard a sound similar to that of a camera and knew that someone had taken her photograph.

Adagio turned around and noticed that it was Sombra who took the photo of her "rear" with his cellphone, meanwhile Ahuizotl was dying of laughter.

"No fuc...g way man!" Said Ahuizotl. "I didn't think you were going to do it."

"What can I say, my weakness is girls." Said Sombra looking at his cellphone, Ahuizotl looked at the photo and he blushed a bit.

Aria tried to get up quickly, she had never felt so embarrassed in her life, her face got really red, from embarrassment and fury.

Aria tried to contain her laughter, she knew that the boys had done a bad thing but she also wanted her older sister to feel humiliated, she deserved it because she was so antipathy and for making her follow orders.

Adagio was furious with Sombra and Ahuizotl; she wanted to watch them burn, but she knew that they would play a major part in her plans. She had no other option than to turn the other cheek and walk to the stage.

Quickly the group got ready, everyone with their respective instruments, waiting for their signal.

Adagio took the microphone, the group was nervous, they knew that Adagio sang badly and they had not practiced enough, seeing as they had gone to "celebrate". But they trusted in Discord and if Discord convinced them that it was the right thing, then it was good enough for them.

Mane-iac had prepared the modulators, the sound systems and the mixer.

Adagio was in front of the crowd, the public screamed imploring that the music continue.

Adagio was scared fearing the worst, she feared that the jewel would not work or that it would break, but remembering vaguely all of her experiences on stage, from the battle of the bands in Canterlot to the legendary musical battle against Starswirl the Bearded. As soon as she remembered it, it caused her to feel great valor and rage.

Adagio took the gem in her left hand and the microphone in her right.

Immediately Aria and Sonata also grabbed microphones and they were by Adagio's side just like old times.

Upon having her sisters by her side Adagio felt safe and secure and they began to sing.

The three initiated with their characteristic siren chorus, Aria and Sonata tried not to sing out of tune, meanwhile with the help of the jewel, Adagio was the only one who had the voice of an angel.

The crowd and their friends could not believe what they were hearing, they all had their mouths open.

After the angelic chorus, Sonata began to move her tambourine in tune to the rhythym.

"We didn't know what uniting was

And you don't know what we suffered

We learn from our mistakes

And now we will counterattack

(Ahuizotl and Sombra woke up from their small trance and they began to play the guitar and the base)

This is a new opportunity

Now the losers will be you

(Then Chrysalis gave out a smooth saxophone tone)

(Then Luna accompanied them by playing the drum, and Discord began to play the keyboard)

Revenge!

We shall have it!

(The song sounded spectacular, the crowd went wild with the song although nobody noticed that Adagio was completing her objective, to absorb all the energy and to be in a place much better than Canterlot high. Adagio enjoyed the enormous amount of applause, including from the other members of the group, to think that from playing the music with great enthusiasm she was also absorbing their energy, the jewel had gained a huge amount of power, it was no longer necessary to be so close to Discord to drain his magic, Adagio smiled, she wouldn't have to share the jewel anymore)

Just as the song was about to end, Mane-iac pressed one of the buttons on her console and she activated fireworks.

The public screamed and applauded furiously, the Dazzlings bowed to the audience, meanwhile the rest of the members of the group were not expecting it but for some reason, the song, was a lot better than they expected.

Even though the group got off the stage the crowd kept on screaming and applauding, multiple shouts were heard and cheers for "the elements of caos"

For Adagio, she felt marvelous, she could absorb their emotion, their excitation and the fury of the crowd even though it wasn't negative energy, from the looks of it. Chrysalis and Mane-iac did an amazing job modifying the powerful gem.

Then some of the judges walked onto the stage to give the final verdict.

"I think we all know who the winners are!" Said the judge looking at the caotic group

The tension covered both of the groups, even more for the elements of caos, so hard that they all held hands to show that they were united.

"Congratulations, Elements of Caos." Said the judge.

They could not believe it, all of their jaws lowered in shock.

The crowd cheered in excitement, as a sign to congratulate the winners. Meanwhile the rival group got sad and they left.

"We won?!" Asked Adagio nervously and hyperactively. "We really won?!"

The rest of the group stayed silent and raised a brow.

"Eh...yes." Said Luna a bit confused. "Why do you doubt it?"

"I don't know you guys." Said Adagio whispering. "But every time something good like this happens to me something or someone appears and ruins everything."

Once again the group went silent, analyzing what Adagio just said.

"I get you." Said Sombra remembering Twilight with hate, Cadence and a dog named Spike. "That has also happened to me."

"And to me." Said Mane-iac sighing, remembering six strange heroins.

"Same here." Reported Ahuizotl, remembering Daring Do and the six explorer girls.

The rest of the group stayed silent, some of them diverting their gazes and others scratching their heads, as a signal that they had also experienced this strange "karma".

"Well what did you expect?" Said Chrysalis with her arms crossed her arms, remembering Shining Armor and Cadence. "It's always the good guys, or the handsome boys and the pretty girls with the tendency to be the princesses in the story...it's always them who win and not people like us."

"Well it's time to change that tradition." Said Discord tightening his fists. "Now it's our turn....."

Everyone payed attention to Discord, and they agreed with him.

In that moment the judge called the group to the stage to give them their medals and recognitions.

The elements of caos walked up to the stage and the judges and members of the staff gave them their medallions, recognition and a check for 10,000 bits were given to them by a representative of the governor of Manehattan. Discord was the one who accepted the check.

The crowd kept supporting the group, in the stadium it began to rain confetti and it was the first time that they looked so happy.

Suddenly, in the middle of the celebration, a man with sunglasses and a formal suit walked up to Discord.

"Pardon me." Said the unknown man tapping Discord on the shoulder. "Are you the leader of the group?"

Discord turned around and looked at the unknown man, in that instant Ahuizotl and the rest got closer to Discord to know what was going on with their conversation.

"Apologies." Said the man, taking out a card from his pocket. "My name is businessman, I am a representative of the juvenile group "Some Directions'. "

The man gave the card to Discord, Discord looked at the card, he was confused as was the most of the rest of the group with the exception of Luna and Mane-iac who were huge fans of "Some Directions".

"Oh, now I recognize you!" Said Luna happily. "What brings you here?"

The man took a few steps back feeling uncomfortable from the attitude from Luna and Mane-iac.

"My boys heard you singing on the radio." Said Businessman. "They sent me to ask you personally if you would like to open for us at our next concert next Saturday in Cloudsdale?"

Mane-iac and Luna could not resist and they began to scream euphorically and jumped up and down as if they were Pinkie Pie.

"Eh....I think that.." Said Discord, uninterested.

"We accept!" Yelled Luna and Mane-iac.

Sombra and Ahuizotl only rolled their eyes in annoyance, they both hated that juvenil group.

Meanwhile, Adagio and her sisters talked in low voices.

"This is turning out better than expected." Said Adagio looking down at her priceless jewel. "Between more energy, we should not hesitate to be the powerful sirens that we used to be."

"Cloudsdale is a great opportunity." Said Aria.

"Aside from that we need more draconequus magic." Said Adagio.

Sonata didn't say anything, she only wanted everything to turn out alright, more for her sisters and the draconequus.

"Soon." Said Adagio with anger. "Soon we shall have our revenge on those rainbow witches, for all the suffering and humiliation!"

"Amem!" Yelled Aria.
