It's taken a long time for Doctor Katherine McKinney to get to Atlanta, Georgia with her uncle, Dermot so she can find out the true fate of her brother. While Katherine and Dermot are driving towards Atlanta, the car suddenly runs out of gas and they plan to continue the trip on foot.
That's until the two of them come across a certain Sheriff from King County trying to use a horse as his ride into the city for his own purposes, and with no other choice but to go with him, Rick Grimes and Katherine McKinney get into a situation that they can't defuse.
