Heathens

(Flashback)
I was 14...still practically a child...but my mother and I...after my father's death...we went on to the life of pirates...that's when he came.....
My mother was yelling orders, as the crew were trying everything to escape this pirate slaying crew and its captain...Salazar...he had been after my mother for a long time now..my mother was an amazing captain...but just like that, a giant harpoon was shot into our ship, and we couldnt move any where... Salazar's men came aboard...my mother took my hand and ran into the captains quarters
"Listen to me love you must stay in here and stay hidden! Do not come out no matter what you hear! Savvy?"She asked kissing my forhead
"Mum don't go please!"I said crying. She smiled
"You're a Williams...you'll make it out of this to tell the tale..I love you Jessica.."She said then, grabbing her sword and running out, locking the door behind her, I heard screams of all my mothers men, and then finally I heard my mother's ear splitting scream. I held my head, hiding in the closet, rocking back and forth, trying to muffle my sobbing...I heard the door bust open. I quickly pulled myself together, keeping absolutely quiet
"Shall we take the treasures captain?"a man asked
"Not yet boys...our job is not yet finished...there is someone else aboard this vessel"Salazar had said. My eyes widened as as I covered my mouth and tried to even my breathing....but it was of no use...the doors of the closet swung open and I yelped in fear. Salazar smirked
"We've got a sea pup boys..."He said starring down at me. I could see the pleasure in his eyes knowing he took my mothers life along with our crews...
"What should we do with her Captain?She's a child sir..not even a woman yet I'm sure"one of his men said.
"Mercy...I told you there is no mercy...throw her to the plank and destroy this vessel..the bottom of the ship can have her...and your mother...she tried to save you, begged me to take her in exchange to bring you to the navy and make an honest person out of you...needless to say, she lost her head when I declined" He said smirking. I shook with fear, tears streaming down my face...he decapitated my mother...my beautiful mother....the only bit of family I had left
"You're a monster...no better then a pirate"I choked out. He instantly frowned, slapping me so hard across the face that I fell to the ground
"Never...compare me to a filthy pirate..ever again...get rid of her"He said and two of his men grabbed me by my arms, dragging me out...as they dragged me...I saw my mothers headless body...and her head...on a sword like a trophy, next to her body...I screamed for her but then they literally threw me over...I began to swim like my life depended on it, there was an island not to far from the ship...as they began to go back to their own ship, cannons began to fire on what was once my mothers ship...and the ship exploded, in a ball of flames now..the ship, and my mother, and our crew...going down with it...I saw the men were pointing there guns at me ready to shoot, when suddenly their attention was redirected to some young man shouting that they couldn't get him or his crew...I didn't get a good look at the person, they were in the crows nest, but they had on a red bandana and a white shirt..the rest I honestly couldnt make out nor did I care, I was trying to escape, and thank god I did...they all ran to their stations to go after that ship...I guess Salazar didn't think I'd make it to the island alive..but I managed...and I damn sure survived...for my mother...
(end flash back)
I began to hyperventilate
"What's wrong with her?Jessica what can we do?"Carina said gripping my shoulders but I was unresponsive those thoughts...tears were falling, but my face was blank...set on the ship gaining on us...seeing my mother mutilated...
All those memories I had worked so hard to supress and forget so I didn't have to feel the pain any more...so I could live on for my mother......
I've done so much in my life.. I fought my way through to be a captain in my younger years, sailed as a captain for 10 years.. before I met Calypso...and then I met Jack....the love of my life...he made me realize this is what my mother wanted me to live on for.....so I had the chance to become a mother my self...and I am now...I couldn't let him make Isabella an orphan..she would always have Elizabeth but I didn't want to die. Not now, not any time soon...I had heard Salazar was killed that day by that pirate...but...if that were true how could he be here...coming after us...
"Bloody hell Mr Gibbs take the wheel!Jessica seems to be having an episode!"Jack said annoyed and ran over to me. He had thought I was just messing around....but it wasn't like that at all...
"Okay, this isn't funny love, snap out of it!"Jack said shaking me but I didn't move..I began to hyperventelate. Tears kept falling, I was locked in my head from those horrible memories...
"Jack what's wrong with her?!"Carina asked worried
"I don't know!..She's never acted like this....Love what is it?Jessica!Aye!"Jack gripped my shoulders and shook me for a second, then grabbed my face bringing me to look at him. When he made me look at him, I was able to pull my self out of the memories... those deep brown eyes always managed to pull me back..but when I snapped out of it, it had been like I was punched in the face and I started to sob. Jack pulled me into an embrace and held my head.
"What is it love...I've never seen you this terrified in all our lives together"Jack said as I held onto him, scared to let go.
"He...murdered my mother"I said as tears fell. Jack didn't know what to say...but he did look angry..
"Hold on a moment...he murdered one of the original captains of the sea? Your mother of the bretheren court? Did..did He hurt you too?"he asked. I nodded and started to cry. Jack pulled me in a hug and kissing my forhead
"We're going to talk about this later luv, but I need me first mate at the helm. Savvy?"Jack said wiping my tears away. I sighed, pulling my self together
"Sorry...just...thought he was dead..."I said wiping my face, trying to regain my composure
"Aye, so did I luv but he's on our tail now and this aint be the pearl"Jack said
"Aye Captain"I said Henry and Carina looked relieved for a moment, until Henry spoke
"Jack the dead will not rest until they get their revenge"Henry said
"Revenge? What did you do?"I asked Jack confused.
"Dead?!The dead were not part of this deal!" Mr.Gibbs said
"Should of never followed a lockless pirate and a witch to sea"said one the of crew
"Alright kill em all"said another and they all took out their weapons
"Kill me and and and I'll be dead...and then the other dead wont be able to have their revenge..against me..which will anger them even more.."Jack said
"Jack's right...he hates the both of us a lot..if we die not by his hands..you all surely will"I said and Henry nodded
"Are all pirates this stupid?"Carina asked
"Yes now stow it"I whispered.
"What are we going to do?"Mr.Gibbs said
"Uh might I suggest...." Jack started and next thing I know I'm being thrown onto our escape boat... Carina, Henry and I and that's it...
"Mutiny.Jack suggested mutiny"Carina said annoyed
"Corrine the dead are coming!"Henry said as he rowed.
"Well I choose not to believe in the supernatural nonsense" Carina said
"Do you not see what's behind us?!"Henry asked. We all turned around seeing the ship hot on our trail. I gasped as I started to shake again
"If he catches us we're dead. We're so dead"I said. Jack rubbed my leg
"Its going to fine we'll be fine!"Jack said smiling but I knew he was lying
"Okay well ONE of us has to make it back to our daughter!"I yelled at Jack
"Okay so then we're in agreeance that will be me"Jack said but I gave him the nastiest look.
"Aye I can see that you're not in a very good mood.. Sorry luv"Jack said but I rolled my eyes
"Still not the time to talk about it"I said but was cut off by Carina standing up and undoing her corset on her dress
"What are you doing?"Henry asked
"The men on that ship are looking for Jack and, who is on this boat. So I am going to swim for it Jessica I suggest you come with me since they do not know you're even alive"Carina said
"How dare you do exactly what I would do if I were you!"Jack said watching her undress. I stood up and took my long coat off and my hat.
"To hell with that!"I said taking my top shirt off, revealing a silk corset. Jack's jaw dropped
"You nephew is right there!"Jack said
"Don't care!I'm out of here!"I said pulling my earrings out.
"Aunt Jess!Carina stop it"Henry said
"No no no no no! Don't stop it!Well Jessica you stop it!Do not stoop to her level!"Jack said but I merely rolled my eyes
"Are you kidding me you bloody swine?! Can you not be a god damn dog even when death is knocking on our door?!"I asked angrily
"This has gone on long enough!"Henry said to Carina as she was down to her corset and bloomers
"Jessica I love you but if I am to die weather it be her or you I'd like to die seeing a naked woman that is all I'm saying. Carry on"Jack said smiling. I glared at him, my hand turned into a fist, and started shaking. Jack had his head upright looking at me but his eyes dropped down to my fist shaking and then back up to me.
"Luv-" I instantly puncheded him in the face
"You're such a bloody git!!!"I yelled angrily as I then jumped in after Carina and we swam to the island
I could hear Jack saying 'I deserved that' as we swam away.
"I suggest we make haste! They probably have something ready for us!"I said.
"I suggest we swim faster then!"Carina said, but as I looked back I saw sharks, decaying, LIVE sharks trying to attack the boat
"Jack!"I yelled as I reached the island with Carina. Henry was fighting a shark off when it pulled him in by the oar he was holding
"HENRY!"I yelled and went to run back into the water but Carina grabbed me
"No!You'll get yourself killed out there!"Carina held me back and I just watched because she was right, I could not do anything...my eyes widened and I let a breath of air leave my lips, my heart stopped seeing Salazar...in a deformed, scary, ghost type way, much like the rest of his crew, not all the way there, a lot of them were walking clothes, and only some of their limbs were visable..but Salazar? All that was missing was part of his face...and they began to run ON the water after Jack and Henry! I fell back on the island, on my ass and my breathing became ridgid. I began to panic for Jack and Henry
"Get the hell to the bloody island!"I yelled and as Henry made a jump for it, Jack went to but his foot fell through the boat
"Jack NO!"I screamed as I went to swim back in but Carina and Henry grabbed me and held me back.
"Do you not see those sharks?!You'll be killed for sure!"Henry said as I watched in horror.
"No!I have to help him!"I yelled
"Jessica your powder is wet and the undead sharks can not be killed by a man made weapon!Do you not see that?" Henry said holding me back.
A shark came onto the boat and Jack had an anchor and he hooked it in the sharks mouth, the anchor had a rope attatched, just as Salazar went to cut Jack's head smooth off, the shark took off towards the island, and as the boat was soaring, Jack sored to the ocean. Carina's, Henry's and my jaws were all dropped
"I really need to have more faith in Jack, he's still just as good at escaping trouble as he used to be"I said impressed.Carina snapped her head to me
"You mean this is a thing for him?"She asked. I smirked, now feeling relieved that Jack was managing to get away from them.
"Yes he's really good at escaping"I said but Carina and I screamed and ran as the boat took a sharp right and flung them onto the island.
"JACK!"I said hugging him and kissing his lips
"Im so sorry I left you"I said but he smiled
"Ay, someone has to go back home to Isabelle, and to be honest, I'd rather it be you I'm sorry for all the perverted comments"He said but the moment I was going to kiss him was ruined hearing the ghost crew still running at us yelling
I saw they were right in front of us...Salazar in the very front...staring at us with hatred...
I shook with fear and I couldn't move. Salazar chuckled darkly, seeing me again...
"Well well well if it isn't Jessica Williams...I thought I killed you...ah that's right, you escaped... thanks to Sparrow....and the irony that the two pirates that got away and caused my death..are lovers...I will take great pride in slitting your throat..like i did your mothers...tell me...are you a mother yet Jessica? I'd love to slit your child's heathen throat too"Salazar said smirking.
Rage built up inside of me, tears stung in the corner of my eyes as I pulled out my sword
"Bastard!"I screamed about to charge but Jack held on to me
"No no no Jessica no!He's just trying to get you to make contact! Look!"Jack pointed and one of their crew memebers burst into dust as they stepped on the beach!..
They couldn't be on the land!
"No!..No...Ghosts?Ghost?!Ah!"Carina ran off in utter shock this could be real
"Well that was...an awkward scream"I said looking back confused
"Ha!They can't step on dry land!How perfect!"Jack said laughing.
"You will soon pay for what you did to me..both of you"Salazar said
"No no no no, there's no reason to bother us but we have no time to chat because me map just went a runnin so me wife and I are just gonna go now bye!"Jack said smiling nervously as he pulled me to my feet. Salazar was smiling, and waving
"I will be waiting..for you..and I can not wait to get my hands on the pretty little neck Jessica..no longer a sea pup..."Salazar pointed his blade at Jack then at me. I glared holding my sword up
"Jessica we have to go!Savvy?!"Jack tried to pull my hand but I stood there for a moment... Salazar's and my eyes were locked. His were amusment and hatred...mine were filled with fire and hatred..
"This is far from over Salazar...we will get our chance to clash...and you are correct... I'm not a defensless sea pup any more...I am done being scared..dead or not...I will make you pay for what you did to my mother...you'll be the one begging for mercy..And I'll gladly deny you of mercy like you did to me"I said darkly as I pointed my sword back at him. He, and his crew laughed as Jack pulled me
"Jessica now!"Jack said and I gave him one last glare before running off with Jack
and ran off
"Why would he be waiting for me?Why would he be waiting for me...ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!"Jack yelled at me as we ran off to find Carina and Henry.
"I want my revenge Jack...did you NOT hear what he said he would do to Isabelle?!"I yelled
"Oh we could of bluffed and said we had no children!"Jack said
"I don't care! That isn't the point! The point is something brought him back from the grave and I'm going to end him...for ever.Savvy?!"I yelled the last part to him angrily. Jack sighed and stopped real quick and gripped my shoulders, looking me deep in my eyes with those chocolate orbs
"Aye...You know I'm in this with you every step of the way..you don't need to do this alone love...I will always fight by your side...we're a team remember first mate?"Jack said and I sighed nodding but Jack cupped my chin
"Let's find the map, defeat Salazar and his ghost army, go home, get Isabelle...and get back to the ocean and finally be the family we were meant to be..a family of pirates"Jack said as he kissed me. I blushed, wrapping my arms around his neck to deepen the kiss. Jack wrapped his arms around my waist, the kiss was perfect..until his hands found there way to my bottom. I gasped, which Jack took advantage of and explored my mouth with his tongue. I moaned a little bit as we kept kissing like that for a minute before I finally pulled back for air
"We..we should probably to go look for Henry and Carina.."I said smiling with a red face and looking away. Jack smirked and kissed my cheek.
"Aye, lets go"He said as we kept running to find them
