As soon as walked into Shan's house, I put the bags down and flopped myself on to the sofa.
"I'll make us some food then" Shan said as she walked to the kitchen.
I reached over for the remote centered on the coffee table and switched on the TV.
In less than a second Shan came back with a plate of food.
"Woah that was quick"
"Yeah some food that was cooked from last night, given you mine babe. I'm just going to eat these sandwiches." Shan said as she picked up the sandwiches and sat down.
"Are you sure?" I said.
"Yeah I might have something else later. Do you mind if I turn this channel over babe."
"Nah it's fine." I said. My phone then started buzzing.
It said '1 new notification on 'WhatNow' from Meme'.
"I'll make us some food then" Shan said as she walked to the kitchen.
