Joseph suffers from anxiety and has been seeing a therapist to help him with it. When he gets the chance to move to a new city and start over, with the added benefit of his doctor entering him into a new study of hers, he jumps at the offer.
He soon fines out that not everything is as it seems. He is part of a plot to summon an old God and bring about the resurgence of an ancient cult. He must fight those who want to use him, but he's not alone. A young girl named Kira and her brother Marcus will do whatever they can to make sure that evil will not prevail and no harm will come to Joseph.
