Raging Strength

Some people are born with strength that, in the wrong hands, could cause extreme chaos. These people are rare though. Maybe a 1 in 1,000,000,000 chance. One kid was born with this strength. His name is Reiji or Rage. He doesn't know it yet but, his small world is about to get a lot bigger.
