Someone was getting on the elevator with me in my apartment. Instead of pressing my button and going to the back of the elevator and letting them press their button, I asked what floor they were going to.
I also stayed a little longer after track practice ended to talk with some people, but that was less anxious and didn't require a lot of effort for me to do.
