3 years later and Esmé's feelings for Darren are growing stronger. Dem (her ex boyfriend) is now permanently hospitalised and she can no longer see him. Or at least for the near future. With a heart torn in two and a mind which is forever lost, who will help Esmé to find her sense of self and a place to call home? Can she work things out for her and Dem? Or will that leave her broken and exhausted as it did before...
