I'm okay, I promise.

We were all sat in an abandoned house when in walked Frank, everyone said hi to him and Gerard pulled him away, I'm guessing to talk to him.
"Right guys, we're gonna have all summer to do anything we want, so what do we want to do?" Gerard said, walking back into the room with Frank trailing behind him.
Frank sat down next to me and Gerard sat on the old chipped oak table in front of us, "anyone got any ideas?" he scanned all of our faces for any evidence of thinking, after a while Frank spoke up "what about a party?", I looked around and every ones faces went sour "at who's house? my mum hates underage drinking and ESPECIALLY pot" Alicia said glaring at Frank, he smirked and turn his head away, I cocked my eyebrow at him and scoffed really loudly, he spun round and gave me a bewildered look, I just smirked and put my headphones in pressing play on my iPod.
The soothing sound of Placebo flowed through them and I leaned back closing my eyes, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and pulled it out to see I had a text, it was from Kaley;

"Hey, sorry to pull you out of school but can you please come home, I need to talk to you
Ily, xxx"

She didn't know I wasn't in school, why wasn't she anyway?!
I stood up and everyone looked up at me, "I have to get going home, my sister apparently wants to speak to me", they all nodded and Ray offered to drive me home but I said that I'd walk and explained that it wasn't far from here.

I walked out of the house's grounds and starting walking in the direction of my house, New Jersey wasn't as bad as people said it was, I've lived in rougher areas in England, at least here the sun shines nicely and just a little brighter, it was a touch warmer here and much quieter, I stared down at my beat up old shoes and sighed, too much is running through my mind at the minute and I'm glad I walked, I need to clear my head and have some time alone, even for a little while.

I finally got home and walked up to the the door already taking my jacket off, when I walked in I saw a man I recognized sat on my settee with Kaley and my mum, I hung my jacket up and walked over, confused as hell.
"What's going on?" I said still standing a few feet away from them, "honey don't you want to sit down?" my mum said patting the seat next to her, I declined her offer and crossed my arms self-consciously.
The man was smiling sincerely at me and at Kaley, Kaley stood up and pulled me into the kitchen, she murmured a hello at me and I said hi back, "okay, lets just get this over with"
