Different Worlds 9 (Matt's POV)
As the bus ride is happening, I see Jazmin falling asleep on the bus. I had to smile and feel bad for her. She seems to be a hard worker and a person who is very shy but hilarious. Maybe I can be her best friend and help her with her confidence. You know I could have gone home with my parents picking me up but with their dismissive behavior and attitude so fuck them!
As the bus is going, the bus ride is well and I am just listening to my music in peace. I watch students and other families come on the bus as the bus stops in front of the bus stop. As people are coming onto the bus, I see children and their parents come onto the bus. A little girl and her mother sit in front of me and Jazmin. I hear her asking "Mommy, Mommy! Look!"
The little girl's mother warns her "Sit down and be quiet please! There's someone's girlfriend trying to sleep." Her daughter whines "Okay mom." I chuckle and shake my head. I turn my music back on and put my headphones on my ears.
