Run Away Freedom

Kira, the triple changer.

Kira shot at Thunderblast and smirked. “Wicked fire power…” Thunderblast grunted, and tried to sit up. Kira kicked her in the chest, and stood on her. “Stay down woman.” Thunderblast tried to wiggle Kira off her, and little Miss.Trigger-happy noticed. Kira crouched down cat-like, and devilishly smiled. “Quit your squirming...” Kira held her Fire Blaster (left arm) in front of Thunderblast’s face. “- and you’ll live…” She nodded. Kira looked around for Lori, Coby, Bud and the mini-cons, but they weren’t in the room. Kira pushed her Blaster closer to Thunderblast’s face, and hissed. “Where are the humans and mini-cons being held? Remember...” Kira chuckled. “Remember, your LIFE depends on whether you’re lying or not… so don’t piss me off anymore.” Thunderblast glanced down a hallway, and pointed. “They’re down there… Last door on your left…” Kira nodded. “Thanks for your help.” Kira shot her once more to keep her down, and noticed her optics go offline. ‘Night night bitch.’ She thought, and laughed. “Man, this is weird. Me, talking to myself... that’s so me… Oh well… can’t be helped.” Kira walked a few steps, and stopped. She was not alone. ‘Shit, not again…’ She picked up her pace, and heard the second pair of footsteps close in. She started running, and a bullet from a gun was triggered. Kira swirled around, and it whizzed by her face. She looked a head. She was now face to face with her worst nightmare. “Ah, Kira… how nice to see my own creation working against me… pitiful.” Kira hissed. “Megatron. You dumb ass, don’t you ever die?” His chuckle echoed in the hallway. “Why do you ask, Love?” Kira gave him a disgusted look. “Don’t call me that you over-grown pretzel.” Megatron was done playing. His face twisted with anger, and grabbed Kira by her metallic silver neck. “Your MINE! I created you! I gave you what you always wanted, to be stronger! I gave you a new life! And this is how I get treated?!” Kira’s bright magenta eyes dimmed, and tears formed. ‘He does have a point…’ She thought. She let them fall. She glared up at Megatron with fury written all over her face, and determination in her optics. She tried to breathe in to yell at him, but it came out differently. “I am NOT yours! What you did...” She stopped to breathe. Megatron let his grip loosen, and Kira breathed. “I am NOT your plaything! I am my own, I belong to NO ONE. What you did... you did not have to do. You did it because you thought I would do your bidding.” She paused, not to breathe, but for a response. Nothing. She touched the hand that held her, and Megatron let go. Kira moved back, and smiled lightly. “Thanks.” She ran down the hallway to find a door, and Megatron called off his troops, saying Kira got away with nothing. “Thundercracker…” Megatron started. Thundercracker nodded. “Yeah?” Megatron smirked. “Follow her.” Thundercracker nodded. “Got it boss.” Kira opened a door, and saw the six friends. She quickly grabbed them, and off they went. When outside, Kira transformed into her jet mode, and flew off. Kira noticed they were being followed, and tried hiding among the trees below. Jolt noticed the slight detour, and, confused, asked Kira “What are you doing?” Kira laughed. “Short-cut… ish.” Jolt nodded. “I see…” Kira smiled, un-aware Thundercracker was still following. ‘Damn him!’ Kira thought, firing at him. He dodged with difficulty, and was shot. Right in the nose. He screamed with pain, and shot at Kira. She was hit from behind, and she was baffled. “NO!” Kira made sure she went down head first, for the humans were safer that way. Kira went offline, and prayed to Primus that he protected the humans and mini-cons. After that drama session, Jolt connected to Optimus, telling him about the little predicament they were in. Optimus then found out that Kira had gone alone to the Decepticons base… without permission. –Flash Back—
Kira growled in rage. “HE THINKS I’M WEAK!” Red-alert tried to settle Kira down, but nothing seemed to work! Red-alert sighed once more in defeat. “Kira please! Calm yourself!” Kira glared over at the medic. Kira moved her left arm around in circles, and sighed. “I’m sorry Red-alert. But you’re so easy to let things out on…. Thanks for fixing me up… again.” Red-alert sighed once more, smiling. He patted Kira’s shoulder, watching for the tender parts, and sat beside her on the metal berth. “Kira… whatever you’re going through…. I’m always here to listen… alright?” Kira nodded, and hugged him. “Thank you… so much.” Red-alert gladly hugged her back, and smiled at her. “Kira, I need you to go rest now, alright?” Kira blinked. “But, I need to talk to Optimus.” Red-alert gave her an un-believing look. “Kira…” He warned. Kira waved it off. “Till later!” She ran off. Red-alert sighed. “What have I done? By fixing her up to the fullest…. She might… oh slag.” Red-alert ran off, passing Hotshot and Wingsaber in the process. Hotshot tuned around, and grabbed Red-alert by the arm. “Where are you off to in a hurry?” Red-alert pulled him arm of Hotshot’s grasp, and smiled. “Optimus called me, he said it was important… be right back.” He ran off once more, leaving two very confused Autobots in the dust. Wingsaber shrugged. “Who knows?” Hotshot sighed. “Whatever… Wait, didn’t we pass Kira?” Wingsaber gave him a confused look. “THAT’S what you woke me up for?! To find KIRA!!?” Hotshot nodded, and he felt like he was shrinking madly under Wingsabers gaze. Wingsaber smacked Hotshot over his egotistical head, and walked back to his room to sleep. –End Flash Back— Optimus thought, ‘Where did THAT come from?’ and sighed. Looking back even more, he remembered why he had told Kira to leave his room. –2nd Flash Back—
“Kira, come in.” I smiled at her, and she glared at me. I gave her a confused look. “Kira, what’s wrong?” Kira snorted. “You know exactly what’s wrong. Why are you leaving me here when you and everyone else goes and fights? I wanna fight too!” I shook my head. “You’re not used to your new body yet! Even thought you FEEL like it, it’s not fully healed…” Kira growled. “That’s not the real reason… is it Optimus? I can tell… when you lie…. You look away..” I sighed. ‘Ok, so she found out I was lying…’ I looked at her straight in the optics. “Kira… I don’t think you’re a fighter… I don’t want you to be… I don’t want to lose you in this fight you were never supposed to be apart of. You went to Megatron for help...” She cut me off. “BECAUSE YOU WOULDN’T HELP!!” She screamed at me, and I saw tears already swiftly flying down her metal cheeks. I gazed at her inventively, and held the stare. She held one back. She recited the beginning of her own poem. “I cry my eyes out, the tears fall fast, but you didn’t care, ‘cause you were never there…” I sighed intentivly, and sent her away. She stormed out of my room, and I gazed at the door. "What have I done?" I whispered to myself. I stood, and started for the door. "Red-alert to Optimus!" I spoke back. "Optimus here. What is it Red-alert?" Red-alert was panting. 'Was he running?' I wondered to myself, but was snapped out of my thoughts when he spoke. "Kira... I fixed her to well... I think she might triy to get the Mini-cons and the humans by herself..." I growled. "Prime out." I ran out of my room, barely dodging by Vector Prime. Vector Prime gazed at me running down the hallway with confusion. Fisrt Kira had run past him, then Optimus. "Is there something I don't know about? Again?" He asked himself. He heard a voice from inside Hotshot's room. "Well, then... if there IS... I wanna know too." The two chatted away, and thought of a plan. But I didn't know that. I was too busy looking for KIra. She was already gone. Override was gone too. "Optimus to Override." "Override here Sir. How can I help you?" Optimus sighed with relief. "Is Kira with you?" Override answered a little too quickly for my taste. "Yes... er... yeah, Kira's with me." I nodded. "Ok, stay with her. Prime out." --End 2nd Flashback-- END CHAPTER ONE! =D
