Alec was the reason I felt like I should be allowed to breath.
I would never forgetting when I had first met him in high school.
I had been new at school and really had no idea where the hell I was going.
"Excuse me?" I said tapping a boy on the shoulder.
He turned and looked at me and instantly took my breath away.
He had the most amazing eyes I had ever seen and gorgeous was an understatement when it came to this guy.
"Yes?" he asked smiling.

Even his smile was amazing.
"C-Could you tell me where room 223 is?" I asked nervously.
He smiled warmly "I'll walk you there, it's my next class anyway"
"I'm Lola by the way" I said as we walked.
"Alec" he answered smiling again.
And that was start a great friendship
But over the years I started wishing Alec was more than just my friends.
I was in Love with him.
Then again how could I not be?
He was sweet, Smart, and had an amazing singing voice.
His band Powerspace was on tour right now, which meant I was stuck spending Valentine's Day alone again
Alec and I weren't a couple but we had always spent Valentine's Day together in the past if we were both single.
But he was on tour this year.
I was sitting on my couch eating a tub of strawberry Ice Cream and watching Valentine's Day Specials on TV when there was a knock on my door.
"Wonder who that is" I mumbled to myself and walked over to the door.
I opened it and was shocked to see Alec standing there in the rain.
"Alec. What are you-"
I was cut off my Alec pressing his lips to mine and pulling me out into the rain.
"You taste like ice cream" he said smiling.
I just looked at him shocked.
Had he just kissed me?!
"Lola?" he asked looking at me worried as we stood there getting soaked.
"Y-You just k-kissed me" I said still shocked.
"Yeah" he said smiling and rubbing the back of his neck. "I have been wanting to do that for a while"
"Why?" I asked confused.
Alec didn't answer, instead he pulled me into another kiss.
"Because I love you" he said sweetly, resting his forehead against mine.
I smiled "I love You too Alec"
Well I must say this Valentine's Day was Perfect
