There is a healer of extreme abilities that exists in the water demon race. Each time it has died, a new healer of the same abilities is born.
Through the use of quizes and tests, each girl born after the Healer has died, starting from age five, is closely watched to locate the new healer.
It's been nine years since the last healer died and now they look for the next one.
Siam, daughter of one of five high officials, has been found.
